Family: A loving & adorable husband Randy and three awesome kids. Nate is a senior in high school with plans to go to Kuyper College, Rachael is a junior in high school and Benji attends a special needs school in Allegan.

Favorite Food: Diet Coke and anything made of chocolate.

Previous Employment: Church Administrative Assistant, before that a summer camp secretary.

A book that has inspired you and why: The Bible book of Ephesians - This scripture is is meant to strengthen believers as well as explaining the nature and purpose of the church body.

Verse in the Bible that has been significant: Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know that plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."

A truth about God that amazes you: That he knows my needs before I do.

The reason you love Voice of Hope: I feel called by God to be here, serving our community with Love and Hope.

When did God open your eyes to Him: I grew up in the church and have believed in Him. But there was a time when I was really struggling with health. Then one night, alone in the hospial at UofM, I could feel His presence and unconditional love. "It was then He carried me!"

If everyone would just love eachother as Christ loved the church the world would be a better place.
